That's a regular evening at Coyote Den. Located in the Towamensing Trails community in the Poconos, this 3-bedroom house is designed for total escape. Whether you're coming with family, friends or that special someone, every corner of this property is set up for relaxation, laughter and memories.
Note: The community office manages the scheduling of amenities such as the beach, pool, and others. Please note that last-minute changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or operational needs.

✦ OUTDOOR
Your private outdoor retreat includes a Wellis hot tub for six with adjustable jets, a barrel sauna with a full glass door and ambient lighting, a fire table for evening gatherings, a gas grill, hammock, and a spacious deck with seating for the whole group. The Poconos forest surrounds!

✦ INDOOR
The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully stocked for everything from slow morning breakfasts to big group dinners. A gas fireplace anchors the living room for cozy nights in, with an Apple TV and Roku for movie marathons. Every bedroom has been thoughtfully designed. The master bedroom with a king bed is located on the main floor, the queen room is also on the main floor and the bunk room is pure magic for kids and the young at heart.

Upstairs, you'll find a dedicated game room with a classic Pac-Man arcade machine, foosball table, Xbox, foam bowling, giant Jenga, Connect 4 and a cozy kids' gaming nook. Rain day? No problem.

As a guest, you'll have access to one of the Poconos' best-kept secrets: the Towamensing Trails community. Enjoy a 190-acre private lake with beach access, a marina with kayak and pedal boat rentals, a swimming pool (seasonal), tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, and a playground. It's a full resort experience steps from your door.

✦ LOCATION
Just 12 minutes from Big Boulder ski resort and close to Lake Harmony and Jim Thorpe. Easily accessible from both NYC (under 2 hours) and Philadelphia (under 2 hours). Come Friday, decompress fully, leave Sunday restored.

Registration:
* Per community request, we must provide a full list of guests and their vehicle information prior to the start of their stay. This information is also needed to receive badges for accessing the amenities in the community (seasonal: lake, pool (only summer), beach, tennis courts, basketball courts, volley ball, etc.) and the car tag.
*A maximum of four cars are allowed in the house driveway.
*A signed rental agreement and security deposit hold on your credit card are required for booking. Additionally, Guests are required to complete a community registration form.

Pets:
* Guests bringing a pet must disclose at time of booking and pay the associated pet fee.
* There is an extra charge for a second dog.
* House-trained dogs only.
* No dogs under 1-year-old allowed.
* Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
* No more than 2 dogs are allowed.

Trash:
* The vehicle pass also serves as a rubbish pass for your automobile to enter the community trash facility. It is necessary to remove all rubbish from the property when you depart because we do not have a public trash service. Please keep rubbish from being left outside the house as it could attract wildlife.

Other important things to note:
* The maximum occupancy at all times is 8 people.
* Minimum age to rent is 25yrs old unless prior good reviews are available.
* No parties are allowed in the house. This is strictly enforced. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe the community quiet hours of 11pm - 8am.
* No smoking of any type permitted inside the house.
* For your safety and ours, security cameras are located on the exterior of the property.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
