* Leashed outside at all times.
* Never left unattended in the cabin unless securely crated.
* Not on beds or furniture.
* There is an extra charge for a second dog.

* The maximum occupancy at all times is 8 people.
* Minimum age to rent is 21yrs old unless prior good reviews are available.
* You must provide your ID to Airbnb to verify your identity. A valid email address and phone number must be provided before check-in.
* No parties are allowed in the cabin. This is strictly enforced. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe the community quiet hours of 11pm - 8am.
* No smoking of any type permitted inside the house.
* For your safety and ours, security cameras are located on the exterior of the property.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
